Roger's previous jobs include CEO at Rare Method, CFO at NewLeaf Airlines, CFO at Enerjet, CFO at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies, and CFO at Guardian Helicopters.

Colin has over 35 years of experience in the tank cleaning industry both in Canada and Internationally. For 14 years, he managed the operations for two of Canada’s largest tank cleaning companies and knows the industry inside and out earning the respect from dozens of senior industry experts and key players. Throughout his career, Colin has thrived on finding new and innovative ways to do business and is not afraid to think outside the box. Colin is dedicated and committed to safe, efficient and high quality service, the cornerstones of TankScope.

With over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, Frank has specialized industry knowledge and understands how his clients’ businesses function. His excellent organizational skills and commitment to outstanding communication help keep projects on time and on budget. As the Director of Operations, Frank ensures TankScope maintains its reputation as an industry leader in safety, efficiency and due diligence. Frank also helps the TankScope team meet client expectations and key performance objectives.

As the Supervisor for Technical Operations, Steven leans on his extensive field knowledge and 10 years experience in tank and robotics cleaning. Identifying technical issues and finding solutions is what he does best. Steven is a passionate and enthusiastic out-of-the-box thinker and is always striving to push technical advancements. Steven holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of British Columbia and is a PADI certified Divemaster with experience diving around the world. He is also proficiently trained in computational fluid dynamics.

Tom brings his passion for safety and efficiency to every single project. During the last 10 years, Tom has gained invaluable experience overseeing some of the largest tank cleaning projects in Western Canada. Tom and his dedicated team have received numerous safety awards for their outstanding work in the field. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a PADI certified Divemaster with experience diving around the world. He is also a certified Level 2 Thermographer.
